RETURN AND REFUNDS

(a) Return policy

You have the option to return a product back to us within 14 days of delivery should you feel to do so. Returns must be made within 14 days after delivery of your shipment. No refunds or exchanges will be offered after the expiration of this 14 day period. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the product box seal must remain unopened.

We cannot process a return for products purchased through a retail partner. Refunds are available only for purchases made through www.purodore.com.

Please note: Failing to pick up your parcel from the post office or delivery point does not count as a return. In such cases, return shipping and handling fees may be deducted from your refund.

(b) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
